I purchased five of water scooters a little over a year ago, three have already quit working, throttle triggers went bad. I contacted them for warranty no luck, they want me to pay a crazy amount to ship the parts to me and pay for the parts, so I bought the whole handle on Amazon instead, they require a firmware update to work, tried everything spent way too long messing with the firmware update, never worked handles don’t work, back they go, and I have three expensive scooters that will never work again, i’m sure it’s a matter of time before the other two go bad also.
