Replacement is perfect.
Editing my review based on the exceptional customer service and the replacement they sent me. They contacted me wanting to make it right and sent me a brand new one that fits my toddler perfectly. The straps stay on her shoulders like they should and I’m very happy with how it snugly fits her.Poor design. The shoulder straps will not stay on my toddler’s shoulders. She easily can slide her arms out. She is 25lbs and this is meant for 13-30lbs. It should fit her well based on that.

My daughter is petite for her age and normal puddle jumpers are too big for her but this one fits her perfectly. She’s 2.5 and 25 lbs. I bought the 13-30 lb size

Great size and very comfortable for our toddler. It works great and it doesn’t bother him like most of the other floatings do.

Terrible product - not safe, slides right off
DO NOT BUY. We bought this for our 2yo toddler to use on our beach & pool vacation. Unfortunately the arm floats were too loose and they kept sliding down his arms. The fastening belt was also bad. It was super easy to tighten it and loosen it, and I also couldn’t tighten it enough around his waist. This flaw plus the issue with the arm floaties being too loose just made it easy for the whole thing to just slide off his body. He barely had to struggle to get it off. The fabric was also loosely sewed around the inside foam material. The whistle is well intended, but the kiddo would have to blow pretty hard for it make a sound - most of the time it was just a nuisance because it wouldn’t stay affixed in its pocket. All around just a terrible product. We threw it out, since I didn’t dare gift it, and he ended up having to use his 7yo sister’s floatie that we’d brought for her - she was thankfully able to use the snorkeling life vests we’d also brought for the trip. We bought her floatie +5 yrs ago (cannot remember brand, but it was Amazon too), and it still works perfectly without all these issues.
