Good quality cycle. It's a good buy at this price. Shimano Gears are working fine. Front suspension is too hard so not working properly. No technician available at our place but company paid me for installing the cycle locally. Customer support team is very good. Thank you lifelong team for this beautiful product.

High Promises Dismal Performance
Shimano Gears appears to be fake as both derailers are not shifting properly especially in 2nd gears shifting of front and 4 to 5 in rear. Also wareanty registration is under review for past 5 days so may be a doubtfull comeback. Also cycle has many scratches on stickers Of frame (may be due to transportation). Overall average cycle for the price
