CarnitAll has L-carnitine fumarate, acetyl-L-carnitine, and glycine propionyl L-carnitine combined. The best way to conceptualize L-carnitine is to think of it as a transportation system. It loads up fatty acids and transports them into tiny structures within each cell called mitochondria, where they can be burned for energy. Because the heart gets 60 percent of its energy from fat, it’s very important that the body has enough L-carnitine to shuttle the fatty acids into the heart’s muscle cells. L-carnitine has been shown to be a powerful cardio-protective antioxidant.

Works good. I bought this due to prescription medications i am on were draining the electrolytes from my heart. My cardiologist recommended l-carnatine instead of me drinking gatorade everyday. Works great however since the only workout i could get in was walking i did start putting on weight. If you work out with weights and on a steady basis i have no doubt this would work 100% as stated. I have since changed to l-carnatine only and had some weight loss.

I actually bought this for my labrador retriever. He has heart disease and is on medication from the vet. He also has to have his stomach drained once a week so he won't go into congestive heart failure. Because of the draining he losses valuable nutrients and I bought this supplement with the OK from my vet to assist in keeping his heart muscle as strong as possible. It seems to be working. I have been using it for him about six months now.

Many major news outlets reported this Cleveland Clinic study showing that regular beef eaters, develop a gut bacteria that converts carnitine to TMAO which increases risk of heart disease independent of cholesterol levels, etc. The recommendation is to consider carnitine supplements as also encouraging this bacteria's growth and being converted to TMAO. I bought the supplement for it's other beneficial properties, it was delivered on time and easy to take. But since I have other heart disease risks, I threw the remaining capsules away.

I thought that this mixture of multiple carnitines would be equally effective or even better than pure Acetyl-L-Carnitine (which I usually call ALCAR).It isn't. I wish I had bought the pure ALCAR or PROCAR (Propionyl-L-Carnitine) instead. It takes way too many capsules of this stuff to get an active dose of useful carnitines.I give this 2 stars because it works, but not that well.

Great supplement! Relieves “oxygen debt” and increases energy. I no longer get dizzy or light-headed standing up out of chairs, or getting out of my car. Strongly recommend!

This is a great product. I have been taking it off and on for several years. when I first start taking it I noticed my energy increase during the day. (dont take at night it will cause you to not rest well).

Makes you feel really healthy and feels as though it improves circulation especially in the legs.

The best Carnitine Ive ever tried!!.Great for mental and body energy.
