Bulb is 10v and not replaceable, unit expected to be thrown away, poor concept.
Substantial product with strong clamp and all metal which was a pleasant suprise. Although the supply is 240v it appears to be transformed in the plug to 10v dc. So presuming that is why no earthing required. A disappointment was that the bulb is not replaceable so you are expected to chuck it all when it fails. Only given 3 stars in value for money for that reason and don't know how long the bulb will last. Otherwise could be a good buy as it is an Aldi product.

Colourful and sturdy
Delighted with this. I have it clipped onto the edge of the bed as a reading light. The clip is sturdy and the neck is sufficiently strong and flexible to hold any position. I wanted a more colourful replacement for a similar lamp in white and this fits the bill for a modest price.

Just what I wanted. Good colour glad able to choose colour even though ALDI's rejects !!! All work well and look good

Perfect lamp for craft projects
Perfect for what I needed. Good strong clasp and the light can be moved closer to my project. Doesn't get hot so can be used for long periods of time. Great product and good value for money.

A great light for night time reading
I love this bedtime reading lamp as it is so directional and I can have it on without keeping my husband awake. It came in a great variety of colours too.
