This sealing ring fits my Dyson V12 Detect perfectly and solved the issue right away. Great replacement kit for a vacuum part I feel was poorly designed, or at the very least poorly explained in model documentation. Knowing that you shouldn't pull dust bin completely off of body would be useful information. This item was the perfect repair, and the addition of the small screwdriver made the job quick and easy.

Worked fine. The original part failed and this part dropped right into position. Takes some technique to get it assembled but not too bad. Original Dyson part was weak.
