Great product. They work as intended. I love them. Idk what the 4 star poster was talking about. I ordered these on Xmas Eve and they arrived on 12/27.

The top part doesn’t hold the string against the shoe it slips out out of the opening.

Only received 11 lace anchors. With the twelve anchor missing the last three are useless.

Product works. Only problem it took 3 months to arrive
