Do not buy from this company if you have celiac disease!!
I was unable to use this product because it tested positive for gluten with my gluten test kit. Nowhere in the product information on Amazon did they disclose the fact that this flour was processed on equipment that also processes wheat. If they had just provided a photo of the back of the bag, it would have been obvious and I would not have purchased it. Urad flour does not naturally contain gluten; they added it with their equipment!! I wasted $14 and will never buy from this company again.
