Negative - the LED light is for indicating charging status and/or errors as well as indicating UPC scan status

circuit boards with QR codes that the scanner can't read for some reason. Other scanners read these codes. Boards are green with light dots. problem?

QR Codes are read more efficiently when they have a white background and with a spacing between the QR Code and the margin that starts another color.
