I bought this product October 2023. It is now mid June 2024. I really like this product, but have recently experienced the tips on the iron are popping off. This is leaving big gaps on the barrel and in your hair. Control button placement can be an issue at times, but doable.

I bought for Europe trip. After the trip I continue to use it because it has more heat adjustments than the one I used to buy and used for so many years.

I like this product, it works well on my hair. The only downside is the buttons are right where your hand goes and I keep shutting it off. I have a toothbrush that has the same thing. Drives you crazy. It needs a better design.

My hair does not tangle. I’m one of those lucky people whose hair doesn’t tangle ever. But I had to CUT THIS OUT OF MY HAIR. I’m the type of person who unpicks necklaces and is patient with catastrophes. I’m a 911 dispatcher and deal with life and death emergencies every day. Not much stresses me out. But this bad boy super glued itself to my hair and had me sweating!! I immediately unplugged it and spent the next 30 minutes trying to untangle it, but finally called it an L and cut the whole thing loose. I ended up returning it and spending more money on the brand that has actual bristles and it was WELLLLL worth the extra $10-15. I have a lot of hair, and my hair is naturally wavy/curly, so when I chopped off a chunk it wasn’t the end of the world, but this could be AWFUL for so many people. I highly recommend skipping this one until they change the entire makeup of the bristles.

This product is ideal for traveling and does not burn your scalp.I have a short pixie cut and I got the next size down.

Picture one is my natural curl, photo two is after using the curler and photo three is after running my fingers through the curl to loosen it. Though it does work, I do NOT recommend using it on curly hair without flat ironing it first. My hair became tangled in it and hard to remove with every single effort. Finally after being scared several times that my hair might get burned off from not being able to get it off several times I gave up. For straight hair, I imagine it would work wonderfully, but on curls it was a bit of a terrifying experience.

This helps straighten out my spastic curls but give body to my fine hair. Just what I needed.
