Great content, exactly what I was looking for.I am a recent Graphic Design graduate and during my search for a job in this area, I wished to further explore topics I wasn't so familiar in such as grid layouts, colour theory and patterns. This book covers all the major topics and condenses the information in succinct paragraphs so as not to be so overwhelming as so many non-fictional text books are.The layout is clear, and a perfect balance of text and image is in place; as the images perfectly illustrate the text's content.I'd thoroughly recommend this book for any budding designer who wishes to increase their knowledge of subjects in graphic design!

A really thorough and thought provoking cross-section of graphic design. Good for instruction, guidance, and inspiration. Recommended, although maybe best to buy in print (I bought on kindle).

In this version, most of the information has been revised and developed. Informative in all aspects.Definitely recommended.
