Do they have odor when they come out of the packaging?

No odor at all,I did not notice any odor on them

How do you wash it? Dry it? Can we wash these with brush cleaner liquid or beauty blender cleaner?

I use these in the gym, so ill take the used ones in the gym shower with me the next day and use the gym soap to wash them. Just any soap will work. Then i will leave them in my mesh shower bag to air dry.

Are these velour puffs actually cotton?

yes they are great soft. I hand wash them by hand once dry they are back to original shape and softness. I will purchase again.

Is each one individual wrapped in plastic? I’ll be using them to put blot powder on for clients.

Soft, easy to use in some areas and worth the price

They work well around the eyes, nose and mouth. I just wish they had come a set of two with one shaped triangle and one round in the set so it was everything in one lot because the triangle doesn't cover the forehead, cheeks or chin properly. The material is soft, they are easy to clean and the price point for two in one was good.
