My daughter and I have participated in a few cookie decorating classes as a fun activity and enjoyed them so much, we decided to try our hand at it in our own kitchen, but royal icing from scratch is a bit daunting, so I bought ready to use mixes to try.Of the three royal icing vendors I've tried, this is definitely the best out of the three. This product is perfect: tastes sooo good and was so easy to use: just the mix and water. The consistency of the icing is easily adjusted for flooding or outlining just by adding more or less water (suggest using a spray bottle since it's easy to overcorrect). Easy...even for a novice!

Once I figured out the measurements and consistency I needed, it was great! Taste is good too! Simple to use.

I have a home based baking business. I loved this royal icing. It’s very tasteful doesn’t taste processed. You can use it in all consistencies and worth the money well I feel you could get more but I can’t complain I love it and it easy to use. Nice consistency so it’s a win for me
