Everything works well I was surprised how well the crystal ball was working. Gems look nice and even comes with an explanation of chakras and how to heal them aswell as how to purify bad energys. Not sure is the color of the crystal ball matters or not but we got the clear crystal so I can’t attest to how well the other one works
