Tiger Nuts
These have a slightly sweet taste and full of fibre. They are chewy so you need to soak them in water for at least 12 hours before eating. You can also eat them out of the pack but they are more crunchy. I have also made tiger nut milk with them which tastes nice.

you need to keep them in water for a couple of days before attempting to eat them. when you chew them you get a nice taste initially but then they get dry in your mouth and not easy to swallow. I haven't tried putting them into a blender to make milk from them, so can't comment for that kind of use. That would probably be the best way of getting the most out of these.

Love these Tiger Nuts
Love these Tiger Nuts. They taste great as a snack. My daughter enjoyed making chufa milk and we added dried fruit and coconut to the pulp to make little snack treats. Delivery was very fast and overall I was very satisfied with my purchase. Will definitely buy again.
