These are pretty soft for 300 thread count sheets
This is my second set of Amazon Aware sheets and they are pretty reasonably priced when they’re on sale (I got these around $40 for Queen). They feel smooth and soft, very pleasant for sleeping! These have a pretty decent weight/thickness and during hot summers I only need the flat sheet as blanket when I sleep. Other reviews mentioned that they smell a little funky when they arrived and I did notice that too for my set. But once you wash them there is no smell so it’s not permanent or anything. The last set I bought years ago have held up pretty well. Though you might need to reinforce the seams by sewing over them again as the thread did come off a bit on that set. But the color held strong and they’ve only gotten softer over time.

A worthwhile investment
These are good. They won't be the equivalent of a $200 set of sheets but I feel they are worth the price. Being organic cotton they feel more like a linen sheet. They are not soft and smooth like supina so if you like that you will be disappointed. I love the texture and breath-ability of this natural fiber. The fit is good, no fighting to get them on, no bagginess either. I've washed them a lot and have not noticed any wear or thinning so they should last a while. I got them in white. I use duvet covers so I can change up sheets and top covers and they go with everything.

COTTON!! Great thread count!
These are getting softer with washing. The price was great, for 100%cotton. Super comfy for my hot flashes. Zero smell (I got a dark color and sometimes the dye has a stink, as with jeans). Not super wrinkly, but not exactly wrinkle free, if that is a thing for you. Durable feel, didn't get warped or weird after washing. The cats are thrilled, as their fur sticks to the sheets and shows up great on the dark color. I will buy more, for sure.

Wanted to love it
Button closure at the bottom has 20,000 buttons, not kidding, there are soooo many and they're tiny and tough to push through the slots. Also, there aren't interior ties on all of the corners so the duvet insert slides around. It's really rough and not smooth or soft at all after the first wash, although, it does get softer with each repeated washing. Wrinkles terribly no matter what tricks and techniques are used for laundering it. The 100% real cotton material and a decent price made me want to like it but, it missed the mark in too many other areas.

Good Quality Set
This is a nice quality set, it's pretty soft and didn't have any loose threads or anything coming out. I really like that the corners of the duvet cover have strings to attach to your duvet so that it stays in place. The only semi-annoying thing was that the button holes at the bottom weren't completely cut, so I had to pull on most of them to tear the threads a bit more so that the buttons could go through. Not a big deal, but a bit annoying. I'm still happy with it overall.
