I did extensive research looking for something to fix my deep dehydration and acne issues without causing breakouts. I want to emphasize that it’s the combination of this essence used together with my new Korean skincare routine that gave me insane results from the very first use-no single product could do this alone. By using them together, my skin was so deeply hydrated and plumped up that my pores became a lot less visible overnight! This essence fits perfectly into the system, melting into the skin weightlessly to provide a beautiful, healthy glow without clogging my pores.

Best serum I ever purchased is suitable for dry skin and leaving the skin hydrated, good for people with textured skin or suffering from dark spots, it does the job recommended, korean skincare is always the best.

This product is amazing, I am completely converted. I’d read the reviews know that this is a really popular product, however I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is. Firstly talk about value for money! I noted that one of the reviews made reference to the pump and complained about the tiny amount that is dispensed in one pump however to be perfectly honest for some people one tiny pump would be sufficient to thoroughly hydrate the skin as this product goes far! I use two pumps and initially my face feels quite wet but not at all sticky. The product then completely soaks into my skin making it feel so soft and the perfect base for applying my moisturiser. Make sure you wait a couple of minutes though before applying your moisturiser to allow the product to fully soak into and hydrate your skin. There is no specific smell to this product which I feel is a bonus. My skin tone has genuinely improved since I started to use this product, but another bonus is the base it provides for my makeup is second to none. I can’t recommend this product enough - please give it a try you won’t be disappointed

Bought this due to the hype online and have been using consistently for almost 2 weeks now. A good product to add into a skincare routine but not a holy grail IMO. Can help to achieve glass skin, but not on its own. See this as an active skin product - you will need to cleanse, tone, use this then apply moisturiser and serums Pros ✔️ Cost effective - large bottle and small amount required so will last a while ✔️ quality, simple ingredients. No long list of added fragrances etc ✔️ 2x daily use has helped to smooth my skin, improved the effectiveness of moisturising products and soothed blemishes before they escalate Cons ✖️ sticky texture - you’ll either love it or hate it. Personally I’m abit squeamish about snails so it reminds me of slime 🤢 reduce this by applying to wet skin (after cleansing and toning) and by patting to press into skin rather than rubbing

Let me start by saying I have pretty good skin overall. It’s very dry but clear, and I’m also a beauty and skincare content creator so I’m used to trying out products and knowing what to look for. I bought this snail mucin essence during a sale because I kept seeing it all over TikTok and social media, and I was curious to see if it lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, for me it didn’t. I’ve given it a chance. I took it with me while travelling, used it consistently at home and on holiday, but I just didn’t get the results others seem to rave about. When I used it on its own it felt like it wasn’t doing much. My skin didn’t feel noticeably more hydrated or moisturised, and there was no visible glow or improvement in appearance. It didn’t break me out or cause any issues, but it just didn’t add anything either. That said, there are a few positives. The consistency is lovely and smooth, and I like the cooling feel when applying it. It sinks into the skin quickly and leaves it feeling soft to the touch. It’s also fragrance-free, which is a huge plus, especially for people with sensitive skin. And it’s a great travel size. It fit perfectly in my hand luggage and felt like a convenient addition to my routine when layered with other products. Interestingly, it did seem to work better on my mum’s skin. She has more mature combination skin, and it left her face looking more hydrated and plump. So it may just be one of those products that works differently depending on your skin type. In my opinion this isn’t a miracle product like it’s made out to be on social media but it could still be worth trying if you’re curious and want something light to layer in your routine.

Great product for that glass skin look. Perfect for day and night use to protect and heal your skin barrier. It’s slippery and applies perfectly over skin actives. Apply 2 pumps allow to dry. Works well under moisturizer and sunscreen. My skin looks radiant and remains smooth and moisturized. A must have product!
