The video needs updated for the 2023 xc90 model.Getting the trim off and wiring was easy.As others have said the last bit of plastic behind the mirror was a nightmare to get back on. I wonder if fixcam could make one that would be easy to clip in.The camera is fantastic and day and night quality is superb. I contacted fixcam and was impressed with the speedy response.Impressed so far.

Camera fitted and working great. Not as simple as fitting videos suggest, a little difficult refitting plastic casing and aligning the smaller plastic trim next to the rear view mirror.

The dash cam is very easy to install, it took me about 15 minutes to install the hardware and 5 minutes to install the app and software.Great picture quality.The camera, when fitted, integrates really well with the interior and looks like a genuine part.Very pleased indeed.

Please ignore the 1 star review about this not fitting their model. I can confirm that this fits and works perfectly with my 2023 Volvo XC90. Previous reviewer must have ordered the wrong model. YouTube installation video is perfect and for the new model. Delivery took about 7 days direct from China to UK but trackable the whole time. Will be getting one to fit my other car now.

Volvo should sell this as an OEM accessory. Yes its a bit fiddly to fit but that's very little hardship to achieve the end result. I fitted this to my MY2025 XC90 T8 Recharge and it looks like it was installed at the factory. Once fitted you can forget all about it until you need it. No issues with it whatsoever, great value, does exactly what you need it to do, picture quality excellent. Can't recommend enough.

Not good, item arrived damaged quality is not very good random cable hanging out !
