Made of very thin aluminium
This is nothing but a stamped aluminum piece, which wouldn't be so bad except it is very thin and bends just by looking at it.You bought a Weber for longevity and durability...do not bother with this item.

Arrived bent and contorted?
Not sure if delivery banged it up or what happened. All corners were dog eared and bent, had to take it to my work bench and bend it back. Lightweight metal was easy to re form. Cheep tray, you could probably make something else work and save your money.
