I was sceptical of the specs and promises when bought the product. Pleasantly surprised and totally satisfied with 2 months in operation. The remote sensor units paired with the controller in few minutes of being powered on and you are all set. As simple as that. I have not tested the claimed 2km range. But my installation is fairly spread out with the sensors a good 150-200 mtrs away. Works flawlessly. The tank is not directly visible from home through the foliage and before this product it was a pain monitoring the tank overflow with lots of water wasted. The remote sensor units is sealed and comes with batteries installed. So as you open the amz package you will see the led flashing on the sensor units. Have to see how long the battery lasts on them. Scope for improvement: 1. I opened the controller unit and noticed that the wires to the plug socket are rather thin - maybe 1 sqmm or less. It powered my 1hp motor . But unsure if it will power anything more. Any way I have since added a contactor (relay) with the controller triggering the relay and the load is off the controller. 2. No wifi or mobile app/Alexa support. Would have been great.

Very unreliable product , it does not last beyond an year .Mine failed in 6 months and they replaced but failed gain in another 3 months and now it is useless since they are saying it is out of warranty. Please don't waste money.

I have been searching for a wireless device to control the water levels of a remote tank in my farm, at the same time checking the availability of water in the sump from where I am pumping. Hard-wiring was not an option since the remote tank was nearly 300 metres away. The construction quality of the controller is not that great. I feel it is a flimsy plastic box, but it gets the job done. The sensors looked sturdy and weather resistant. I have installed the sensors on both the tanks and the motor-starter near the sump. The device functions well as advertised. However, I have encountered a couple of issues, which I hope the manufacturer could address in the future versions. Issue1 : Handshake between the wireless sensors and the master controller takes a pretty long time. In case of a power failure, and when the power comes back, the sensors do not get initialized for 10 minutes or more. During this period, if we start the pump, it wouldn't stop automatically and the tank would overflow. Apparently, the device should be aware of the sensor signals before the function starts. You have to make sure the sensors are paired and the water levels are being indicated before starting the pump. Issue 2 : Once the main tank gets filled, the motor is automatically stopped and if we happen to press the pump start button again, it will start the pump without checking the levels. In this condition, the pump wouldn't stop and the tank overflows. The pump logic has to be made in such a way that if the tank is in full condition, the pump should not start at all. Hope you will give some thoughts about these problems.

Writing this review after 3 months of usage, this is totally cheap quality product. It worked well until batteries drained out, once i opened sensor to replace batteries, I was in shock, three 1.5v AA batteries are wrapped inside a surgical tape and all were connected through solderings. One without basic knowledge of electronics and soldering machine was unable to replace batteries. As I have electronics background, I managed to replace batteries, but then came the real problem, sensor stopped working. When I contacted customer care who doesn't know English only hindi, they asked me to send product to their office in normal post, but in first attempt it was returned as no person to receive post at their end. I managed to make product reach their office, I don't know whether they send new one or issue fixed in old one back to me. This worked for a few days and then gone, again opened sensor to see what happened, all batteries chemicals are leaked and surrounded with jelly like substance, i took multimeter and checked batter output, it was totally zero, then I bought 3 AA batteries and soldered them and connected, but my fate, over head tank sensor is gone. I don't know what to do, hard earned money is wasted, time is wasted, efforts are wasted. Humble request don't buy this cheap quality product

Very Very good

This product works fine and makes you worryless but buy it at your own risk. The product is not made in keeping mind the long term durabilaty, though the price is bit high. It will work for around 1 or little more than that. After that the service is of no use. Ultimately you will require to buy a new one.

Using it from one month in semi auto mode works like a charm 👌
