My hairdresser, who does bright hair colors for me, recommended this specific brand. I bought a smaller bottle from her, and this is my refill. It smells good, it removes my bright dyed color over time which is normal, but it really is gentle and doesn't strip all the color right away. I had been using Verb, which used to be a great product, but the last time I bought it it smelled like chemicals and I am not doing that again. This shampoo is amazing, and it keeps my color brighter for much longer.

ABBA Pure Color Protection Shampoo is great!
I have permed and colored hair. Because of the treatments, my hair tended to become dried out and dull. My beautician asked me what shampoo I was using and told me I needed a gentler formula made specifically for chemically treated hair. She recommended this one – ABBA pure color protection shampoo. It’s an unscented shampoo that has really done well for my hair. Life has come back to my hair after starting to use this and my color does not fate as fast.. A little is all you need to clean your hair.. I do not even need to use a conditioner, which is good, because conditioner always makes my hair look limp and lifeless. Highly recommend this shampoo! It’s the best I have found.
