I purchased this after seeing it promoted across multiple social media platforms as a great exercise tool, and I’ve been using it almost every day. The concept and functionality are promising; however, I find the handle quite hard, and with daily use it can cause soreness and even calluses on the hands. The item is very lightweight, which makes it convenient for travel, but this also compromises its sturdiness. On the positive side, it’s extremely easy to assemble—anyone can do it, even without reading the instructions.

Good and sturdy easy to set up

Don’t buy this. The grips don’t fit properly and too much pressure makes them fall out and can break your wrist. U can’t even do one press-up without thinking it’s going to break. Much smaller then you would think and only comes with a limited amount of rubber grips. It isn’t safe at all.

Brought as a present. It is loved and well used. Easy to use. Good value for money. Size is good and there is good grip
