Q: Will it fit a jeep gladator with a truck bed tent

It fits a Toyota Tacoma with an AT Overlander Atlas topper. The problem may be snugging the two tents together if you want both open for access. It will snug nicely over a topper door which you won't have and up to the bottom and sides of the tailgate without issue.

Q: I see it says jeep hard tops, but will it also work for soft tops?

It does have suction cups but the roof box should not interfere. In my opinion. You have a lot of leeway for placement.

Yes it fully zips closed as a second door. Love this tent BTW!!
