I wouldn't say that I write a lot of Amazon reviews but this chair was quite a pricey investment for me, as I'm sure it will be for a lot of people. If you're anything like me, you've probably scoured the internet for reviews and recommendations on chairs within a budget, only to find people completely ignoring the budget part and recommending £1,000 + chairs (who has that money lying around?!) or refurbished £1,000 chairs which are still far above your budget.After looking for many days, I decided on the HOLLUDLE ergonomic office chair due to it's good reviews, adaptability and price.The chair arrived today and I was pretty excited to put it all together and replace my current chair, which has been causing me back issues. I work from home and spend a great deal of time at my computer so thought it was about time I upgraded.It took quite a long time to put together, not because it was difficult, but because several times I had to unscrew the screws and reposition the arm rests (more about that to come). Aside from that, it's pretty easy to build and everything was labelled well. Also came with white gloves which is a nice touch!I'll start with the pros:- The metal base feels very sturdy and good quality.- 3 recline positions which are lockable. Unlike a lot of office chairs, it has the option to have the chair at 90 degrees for typing. I was frustrating seeing people lying back in their chairs in every advert. Fine for if you're on the phone for the majority of the time but for anyone that spends their day using a keyboard, it's very annoying finding yourself never using the upper part of the back of the chair or else you're facing the ceiling and craning your neck to see the computer screen. Having said that, it's nice to have a recline option too.- The seat depth is adjustable. I am pretty much 50% arse and alot of chairs don't have enough depth so it is nice being able to adjust it to suit.- The lumbar support feels good, I like that it is a cushion and not hard plastic but still feels supportive. I haven't found it to dig in as a lot of other reviewers have said but that could be due to the natural padding in my aforementioned derrière.- The seat itself feels pretty comfortable, will see how it lasts over time and the mesh back of the chair is also comfortable but firm.The cons...- Even after adjusting and re-adjusting the arm rests, they are not even and it is quite annoying. One sits further out than the other and so my arms are never equal, regardless of them being in the same 'setting'. Although they're meant to be adaptable, you can move them up and down, forward, and rotate them, I don't think it's actually adds much to the chair and it would have been better spending the time on the accuracy of the screw holes. I also wonder how long they will stay firm before they start adjusting by themselves.- I'm short so the headrest isn't quite in the right position. There is the option to move the headrest up for taller people, would be good if there was the option to move it down a little as well.In conclusion, it's OK. It's certainly better than my old £40 chair, with more features, but I'm not sure it warrants the £180 price as the build quality on some parts is lacking.

After being away from work on parental leave, getting back to long hours at my desk has been much more comfortable with this chair. The adjustable lumbar support, seat depth, armrests and headrest make it easy to find a comfortable position. It feels sturdy, well-built and offers excellent support for extended periods of sitting.I just also say that it is easy to assemble as it came with clear instructions for installation.Great value for the price.

I will come back after a few months to update this.Good about this chair:1. seat depth adjustment, which is a rare feature at this price point (£155 after discount).2. 4D arm rest (up-down, forward-backward, left-right shift, rotation), which is great at this price point. Moreover, it is quite solid/sturdy, you can apply force to it and it does not wobble or move to another setting.3. Seat is reasonably comfortable. Back dynamic support is quite good to accomdate body movement on the chair.4. overall assembly process is relatively easy. Instruction is clear and parts/bolts are label well.5. Overall build quality is decent. with metal 5 feet base.Not so good about this chair:1. Headrest is fabric cushion, it is a bit firm, and only 2D adjustment (high and rotation). No forward and back adjustment possible.2. Adjusting the armrest up-down is a bit clunky, not that easy and smooth.3. Seat pan cushion is a bit thinner and firmer than I would like, still reasonably comfortable though.4. lumber support is OKish with adjustable high, but not depth (forward/backward) adjustment possible.After-sale and long term durability remain to be seen, as I will hopefully update this after a few months.I noted from the instruction manuel that the support email is a gmail address and the support telephone is a mobile number in China? This does raise some fishing feeling. Hopefully the quality of this chair does not force me to use it.Overall I am quite pleasent about this chair for now.

I’ve been using this chair for a couple of weeks and I’m extremely happy with it. It’s the most comfortable chair I’ve ever used, and the quality is excellent for the price.The height, armrests and seat depth are all adjustable, and the chair is compact enough for a small room.I found the printed assembly instructions quite confusing, so I used the video under the product description instead. It was very clear, and I assembled the chair in just 10 minutes.

As a software developer, I easily spend eight to ten hours at my desk every day. My previous chair caused quite a bit of lower back discomfort by the evening. This one supports my posture much better, and I naturally sit straighter without thinking about it. The reclining function is also nice when taking short breaks. It has definitely improved my work setup.

Bought on chance even tho good reviews. Since its quite cheap still I thought I would give it a go. And... It delivered, super nice and compfy chair!Put on my armrest pads and bought some better wheels ontop of the chair then the standard ones, worked like a charm and the chair is sturdy and compfy! ++++++!

Można dopasować głębokość siedziska oraz ustawić oparcie pod różnym kątem, maksymalnie do 135 stopni. Konstrukcja jest stabilna, siedzisko duże i przestronne. Jak na tę cenę jestem zadowolony z zakupu.

Estoy muy contenta con esta silla. Lo que más me gusta es que se puede ajustar prácticamente todo: altura, reposa cabezas, reposa brazos, respaldo y soporte lumbar. Yo soy bajita y las que no se ajustan me suelen quedar grandes y me resultan incómodas.Estoy preparando oposiciones y después de usarla toda esta semana a diario 5h seguidas, se nota bastante la diferencia, sobre todo por el soporte de la zona lumbar, que mi antigua silla me tenía las lumbares partidas...Otra cosa que me gusta es el respaldo de malla transpirable, porque no da tanto calor como otras sillas que he probado y además se nota bastante sólida y estable.El montaje tampoco fue complicado, siguiendo las instrucciones (en español) se puede montar sin demasiados problemas, trae los tornillos identificados y además de la herramienta necesaria también trae unos guantes para el montaje (todo un detalle)Llevo poco tiempo utilizándola, pero de momento las sensaciones son muy buenas, la silla es cómoda y ajustable. La recomendaría especialmente para trabajar, opositar o pasar muchas horas delante del ordenador.
