What a great find this was! It says it's for teens, but I think it's great for anyone looking for a well rounded overview of WW2, who took part, who the leaders were and a journey through all the major battles.The amazing facts were great. A book you can dip in & out of, and it gives you all you need to know about the war. An easy read too!

The information in this book is so easy to access. If you are a youngster seeking an overall impression of WW2 or just particular themes, the author keeps each everything clear and easy to read. Although I am of the generation that grew up in the immediate post war years, thus have learned much of the war ( unfortunately my father, unlikeJames’ grandfather never spoke of his experiences whilst serving with the R.A.F. during the war) this book was full of facts about events and people that taught me much. After reading the book I felt that I would have found it useful as a teaching aid whilst teaching about the war, especially chapter 1 on the causes of the war. Food for thought there. I thoroughly recommend World War 2 for Teens,an impressive read.

This book is absolutely ideal for adults and teens who want to learn more about World War 2. It provides you will all the information you need to know and more besides and it is presented in easy-to-digest sections. The sections about the causes of the war and the position post-war are also very thought-provoking.

I bought this for both my husband and son. My husband is very interested in history and I thought it would also encourage my teenager too. It is very easy to read, comprehensive and should be essential reading for all so we don’t forget the tragedy of war. I highly recommend it!

I found the book easy to read and really interesting, despite history not being a subject I enjoyed at school. It's broken down into small chapters, making it easy to dip in and out of. It contained lots of facts and information about WW2 that I wasn't aware of. Teenagers and many others will enjoy this book and learn from it.

Such an accessible read. I bought for my teenage kids but then started to dip in and found myself finishing in one day. An excellent introduction to the subject for the young and a great reminder for the rest of us.
