Good steel
Used these to teach myself knife making and they work pretty good. It's a mid range steel but for the price you can afford to make some mistakes and keep going. Great pieces to learn on

Easy to cut. Solid quality
First time knife maker here. Was easy to cut with my angle grinder and easy to grind it down with my belt sander. I can’t say anything negative in terms of quality being a newbie but I’m happy with it and it’s worked well for me so far. Have not fired them yet but so far so good

Seems good
Have not used the steel yet but assume it is as described. Came individually packaged to prevent rust.

Great Steel
Worked great for my needs! To me, it seemed sufficiently annealed, though reading reviews I may have just gotten lucky on that. Hardened good in warmed canola oil, and very easy to blue for rust prevention. All in all, great value, easy to shape, and great for entry in to knife making. Our business plans to continue buying these for the time being.

Not Annealed But Helpful seller
I'm sure this is fine steel but, as others have said, it's NOT annealed. If you send your blades out to be heat treated, and don't have the means to get this hot enough to anneal it, you will have problems. EDIT: The seller contacted me and offered a full refund, was very nice. I had already sent the steel back, but they were quick to reach out after my review, so I wanted to let everyone know. If you can anneal this, it was straight, clean steel.

Not Annealed.
Definitely not annealed, just wasted a cutting disk before i remembered to put a magnet to it. Its definitely hard stuff, who knows if its actually 1095

UN ACIER RECUIT
Quand on nous dis acier recuit, nous sauvons cet étappevqui consiste a chauffer l'acier pour le rendre plus facile à travailler, économie de temps, de chauffage et de déception

Not annealed and warped.
I initially noticed some minor warping, but though I could make it work. Now once I put a file to it, its hard as a chunk of quartz
