Does this top work on other munchkin cups?

Thanks for your question, Michael! The lid for the Munchkin C’est Silicone! Open Training Cup is not compatible with other Munchkin cup models.

Can you squeeze the sides of cup to create suction pressure?

Good morning Kate. The Munchkin C'est Silicone Training Cup is designed to maintain even pressure and flow through the straw when used as directed. We do not recommend squeezing the cup while it is filled.

Do they have to bite down on the straw while sucking on the straw?

Good afternoon, the Munchkin C'est Silicone! Open Training Cup straw does not need to be bitten for use.
