My heft betrays me
I put these up to fool people (and myself) in to thinking I would in some way make use of the pretty pictures. I did for a week- But now I’ve just got pictures up of cartoon people doing exercise, making me feel guilty for slamming that 11pm, chicken donner down my gullet. Little self righteous, 2d b*st*rds!!

Great posters purchased for home gym, these are high quality, well worth the price, shipping was quick and free, they were shipped rolled, and were easy to flatten prior to hanging, the printing is crisp, they're easy to read, the colors are bright, they show the exercises and stretches perfectly, good for beginners or more experienced, good for teaching, they are true to size at 2 ft x 3 ft, and nicely laminated, happy with this purchase

Great Guides!
These come laminated and are double sided which made it nice to choose which sides I'd like to present in my gym. I've been following the work outs shown on them and I can feel the burn. Great addition to a home gym if you're looking to add to the walls!
