I have very mixed feelings about this food supplement.It's clear that it's not FDA approved or anything, and that it relies on natural components. I will note that it did have some effect on me - after taking these pills I woke up in the night several times with certain excitement.There were some other effects however that could be a coincidence, or could have been caused by these pills:- I've had an unpleasant burning sensation in the stomach (perhaps could be attributed to the pepper extract?)- Two days after I started taking these pills, I got cramps in my legs, and that prompted me to stop taking this supplement.Again, this is just an anecdotal evidence, can't draw conclusions, but for me the answer is "no". Would not recommend.

This product is based on the Tribulus terrestris, and many other stuffs. So let's talk about this.Science:So, there are many studies but for the most of the biomolecules / herbal extracts in "this" cateogry are studied for sexual dysfunction and ED. Yet, for Tribulus terrestris, there are plenty of molecular based studies. I am not 100% sure about the quality of studies, yet it seems like it was considered effective for muscle repairing, ED, sexual dysfunction, libido and etc. At the same time, there are also similarily plentyy of studies that disapprove the effectiveness of this. At least, we need a little more systematic studies to confirm the effectiveness of this molecule. YET, I couldn't find the harm or side effect of tribulus terrestris, so at least it's considered safe to consume this.Ingredients:It's already shown in the product description page, it contains other ingredients from the same category such as fenugreek seed extract, saw palmetto , forskohill root and alpha lipoic acid etc. I believe, overall it's a good mixture of the energy enhancing ingredients without funky chemicals.Anecdotal / subjective feeling:I am not sure I have increased libido, but for sure I can feel less tired and helped me to maintain the similar energy throughout the day. Maybe it's placebo but I feel better somehow.

Time will tell if this a great supplement to help with weight loss and easier muscle gains at the gym. It is a 30-day supply so by the end of the 30-days, I'll see if there was any effect. From what I have read, this supplement offers faster muscle recovery and more muscle gain, while helping you to lose fat without the dangers of anabolic steroids.
