well explained and informative
Enjoyed this book and felt the content was excellent, some technical stuff but not enough to put me off reading. The book is amusing and down to earth, even the occasion sweary bits add to the down to earth and straight forward manner in which the book is written. What comes across loud and clear is her utter disgust with the food industry producing Frankenstein foods on an ever increasing basis, her anger at the proliferation of additives in these food designed to make you eat more and more is palpable.
