Great rehab/PT wrist weights for people with little to no grip capacity
We purchased these for our uncle who has been paralyzed for nearly 40 years. He very little grip strength and his wrists and forearm are to small for even a small set of wrist weights. These weights have a thumb hole on them and this allows him to use them for arm mobility and strength physical therapy without the frustration of not being able to hold any weight. The P.T. staff love that we were able to get these for him and said they would talk with their director about getting some for there PT program.

PERFECT
I almost didn't order these because of the product review. I am an average weight person, with a large bones. I am a woman that wears a size 9 wedding ring. The reviews said this was good for children, wrong! I am 5'6 and weigh 175 lb with large bones. These fit easily around my wrist. They are a great weight, not too light, not too heavy. Heavy. I'm only giving it four out of five stars because the thumb holes seem small for my large bones. Don't get me wrong, my thumbs fit through the opening. I cannot believe more people are not ordering this item! I highly recommend this product.

These do the job, but a bit bulky
I did decide to keep these, but there are a few things I think that could be improved.Likes: material itself is smooth and comfortable, and the weight is perfect to use while doing cardio work or aerobic activity. Not too heavy and cause no shoulder pain, but give a little extra workout and strength-building. I like the thumb-loops, too, as that helps them stay in place.Dislikes: I wear a fitness tracker on my wrist, and these do hit against it, which I don’t really like. I have to wear them up over my hands to avoid this, which is a bit awkward. Also, the Velcro is a bit “extra”. Yes, it does keep them secure on the wrist, but the rough part is not fully covered (and I have pretty thin wrists) and faces outward, so it catches on my clothes if I am not careful. They are not really thin profile, either. The material also traps in heat, so they can get sweaty.Overall, I kept them, but I am keeping my eyes open for something I might like better.

they stay put
I use them on my ankles as well as wrists. They stay put and are easy to use.

Not bad
You kind of have to play with them a bit. If you have large hands I would stay away. I like them myself. Good for fitness vr games. They seem sturdy enough. But again not for people with thick fingers
