I have using this smart lock for a while and I’m extremely happy with this smart door lock! The fingerprint reader is fast and accurate, unlocking the door in just a second. The keypad is responsive, and having multiple access options—fingerprint, passcode, and key backup—makes it very convenient for the whole family. Installation was straightforward, and the handle design gives the front door a modern, elegant look. The lock feels sturdy and well-built, providing excellent security and peace of mind. This Nyboer smart lock is a fantastic upgrade for any home, and I highly recommend it!

It was easy to install and fit perfectly as a replacement for my old lockset. I received the product very soon, The texture is very good quality，I like its simple and elegant appearance. installation is also very easy. After connecting the app, I found it very convenient. I don"t need to carry a key anymore. It has smart notifications，all my family ，Family members can enter and exit in a timely manner, which makes me feel very safe。

I bought this lock after another one failed after only a month. The build construction is superior to the other unit I bought. Installation was very straightforward. I think the wire connecting the inside and outside units would easily fit with through a single hole, but if you have a double hole door already install is very, very quick. The electronic functions also operate better (at least after the first month of use). The fingerprint reader picks up nearly every time, whereas the first unit often failed to read my fingerprint. The iPhone app is well designed and relatively easy to use. The physical key is a bit large for a lockbox and a unique shape; it seems almost impossible to duplicate - I am grateful for the five copies. I was able to quickly register my four existing smart cards from the old unit. The five new smart cards also easily synced up with an electronic lock I use on our ski locker. A great experience so far!

Does not need power to unlock ✅ handle is easily converted from RH/LH with a single screw ✅ quick and easy install - very little skill needed - if you can turn a screw driver you can install it ✅ quick and easy set-up. just follow the prompts on the phone app ✅ USB-C access for emergency back-up power ✅ extensive sharing - and access control ✅ passage setting for when you want to keep the door unlocked ✅ entry/exit logging date and time and user details what I don't like: 👎🏼 no physical indicator on the inside for when the door is in a locked/unlocked state 👎🏼 no quick glance in the phone app regarding the locked/unlocked state 👎🏼 no dead bolt (this requires removal of a dead bolt if you have one currently 👎🏼 security level is low to medium. this is not a high security lock and easily defeated 👎🏼 because this does not have an internet connection you cannot remotely lock/unlock 👎🏼 because this relies on BT your phone must be 6 foot from the lock to access settings

Very satisfied with the Keypad door lock. Easy to install, program and operate. It’s a pleasure to lightly touch the handle and…Wala… the door lock audibly and visually alerts you that is is now unlocked. An additional mention goes out to Emily in customer service. Fonctionne très bien et surtout avec une passerelle wi-fi quand vous êtes à distance. Dommage que Amazon n'a pas celle avec wifi et caméra intégré.

Door lock is faulty, installed exactly as per the instructions. The lock will work how it is supposed to some days and other days you can hear the unlocking mechanism turning and it saying it’s unlocked but it’s still locked, had to kick in the door to get inside. I will not recommend this product, I would give 0 stars if that was a option
