Q: Does light default to ON when power is lost then restored?

I checked mine today and default after power outage is light on.

Q: Does this remote work with blade less ceiling fans?

Not sure. If it gets wired like a conventional fan, then yes as long as it fits in the device.

Q: Could you please post the instructions on how to program one of these scenic remotes to operate 2 fans. Thanks.

There is nothing to program on the remote pictured. Just install the black control unit on your fan, install batteries in the remote, and you are good 👍 to go.

Q: How May reorder same code receiver, old one broke?

Not sure, but if the receiver is broken you may have to replace. If the remote(transmitter) is broken you could order another one and just reset the old receiver to the new transmitter.
