Q: Is this water tight? or the bottom half part

The bottom (under the door) is water tight. If you were to lean it on its back, the back part is too. The opening/door is the only part that is not water tight.

Q: Would this be okay for a jumping spider? I’m looking for suitable enclosures

This product is not recommended to keep jumping spiders cuz it has no ventilation holes. Maybe you can take a look at asin: B0C3D643VH in our store. It has many ventilation holes with a hole diameter of 2mm/0.08'', suitable for mini animals larger than 5mm/0.2''.
