Love these pastry cases, they taste great and are easy to fill. However nowhereon the packaging has an expiry date?!

Great texture pastry
No pastry cases were broken on arrival, which was a big fear of mine. They tasted beautiful when filled with quiche filling. Lovely short pastry

I used some spare ones as canapés, some with pesto and chicken, some with prawns and a sauce. It is really handy to have these ready-made pastry cases to pop a filling in and hey presto! nibbles ready to go with drinks with minimum hassle!

Really well packaged, no broken ones! I used them to make 2 different types of mini quiche. Only takes 1 tsp of egg to fill them. They really are diddy!! Cut filling into tiny pieces. Only take 5-7 mins to bake. There were none left so must have been good.
