My husband is a size 5x. Are sizes true to size.

If you're going to wear layers underneath go up a size . If a single t-shirt is all worn underneath true size will be plenty comfortable .

I'm 5"11 258lbs , I'm thinking 3X ??? What do you think

I'm 5'11" 230 I got 3x it's a little big on me but I like the room for heavier shirts that should fit you fine. Very warm coat I like it alot I would buy one in plain color without reflective of they had them.

Does this have an inside pocket?

I purchased the yellow reflective of this same jacket and it does have an inside pocket
