I almost didn't buy this because there were no reviews and I am a risk adverse shopper. However it looked like what we needed so I bought it and just hoped for the best.This product is not solid wood but it is very high quality! It was packaged well and nothing came with damage.The instructions are a breath of fresh air! All the hardware is packaged such that you can't easily mistake what pieces you are looking for. The instructions are easy to follow and nothing took long to assemble. The hanging cabinets come with predrilled holes to make hanging easy.Out of the entire set, there was one panel that was missing half the pre drilled holes. I still give this 5 stars because I called up customer service and they sent a new one out without any hassle and I didn't have to return to Amazon! I also accept that nothing is ever 100% and I don't hold companies to unreasonable standards. If they can easily and painlessly address the issue, they still get 5 stars!
