A few minor scratches on volume buttons and around bezel, but otherwise excellent condition. Battery 85%. Keeps charge for a day with average use. Arrived well packaged via DPD. Used it for about a month now with no problems. Recommended.

This review relates to the "Amazon Renewed" option and not the iPhone. This really was a bad decision to purchase using the renewed route. Initially I thought this was a reasonably sensible choice given the blurb about the program and that Apple devices are generally very reliable if cared for. The phone arrived with 84% battery capacity, which was disappointing but complied with the terms of the "Renewed" small print. After 6 months use I had to have the battery replaced by Apple at a cost of £100. After 18 months, the phone developed the White Screen of Death issue rendering the phone useless. The cost to replace the screen is close to £400, so after a total outlay of £800 and 18 months of light use, I am left with a worthless paperweight. I have taken this as a very expensive lesson and bought a new phone direct from Apple. I cannot, recommend the Amazon Renewed option. Buyer beware!

Absolutely flawless in terms of usage, no scratches or dings, display looks like new, and the framework is pristine condition. Slight worry to why it still had a SIM card in the tray before i put mine in, and battery health is 85% which is correct due to 80% plus guarantee.

OMG, amazing. I left this review about a month ago. the phone is perfect, with no cracks or marks 10/10 I was very nervous at first to buy it, but I was like, why not it's 500 for an iPhone 14 pro, I would highly recommend the phone only issue was the phone came with 86 health but the end of the day it's a second-hand phone so I went to apple to change the battery and to make sure no parts and to make sure all the parts are genuine apple and turns out its perfect. the charging works perfectly, and the wireless charging works size is perfect unless u want the MAX, Value for money 10/10 i would defo buy agin, looks are perfect no dead pixels nothing.

Phone comes as was described, in almost perfect condition. Battery on 95% life also above average.

The day it came I was really excited because the screen and the camera on the outside looked really good, I would say even excellent condition. When taking pictures on the same day I didn’t notice anything suspicious about the camera itself. Then a day later, while looking at the pictures more closely (admiring how good the quality was) I noticed little purple dots on the pictures and video, it appeared only when that spot was bright enough to show those dots. I was stressed out for awhile reading all over internet, then decided to go to the store where they sell apple products, they ran some light tests (not software) and found nothing, I suggested them that maybe it could be something to do with laser/UV damage, they said it is possible but considering they only could do light and software tests they can’t fully say what is wrong with the lenses, but if it’s true, it can get even worse over time. I really didn’t want to send the phone back, because I already bought expensive protection for it and taking it off would mean I couldn’t use it again. But knowing that replacing a camera without apple care would cost me £500, I was very disappointed. This caused me so much unnecessary stress and tears (sensitive human as I am) that my husband said to refund it and buy it somewhere else. I was getting used to the thought that I will have those purple dots on my back camera, but when I found out it was on the front as well, I fully decided to refund it, because I mainly decided to buy the phone because of the camera quality, comparing with my Iphone 7 Plus. Long story short, I bought another phone from BackMarket and it came with barely noticeable few scratches, that I can’t even see now with the protective screen and even without, you have to look pointing it directly to the sun to actually see it. It came with 100% battery health and finally a good camera. Considering I got this phone from Amazon with 88% battery health and messed up camera, I say paying an extra £200 is worth it buying from BackMarket. (Or like I like to say BlackMarket). Overall the customer service was really good, replied fast and got my full refund without having to pay for delivery fees. So Karma point for that! I can’t say to fully avoid this seller, as buying refurbished phones are a gamble in itself, You pay less to get a used phone, and you can’t really know what you gonna get. But if you bought it from here and your situation with this phone is similar to mine, don’t overthink it, just refund it and buy it somewhere else. Best of luck <3

Bad phone, the mobile service under settings is grayed out and therefore does not detect any sim. Likely a hardware issue. Not an easy problem to detect

Leider hat sich nach einiger Zeit ein technischer Defekt eingestellt. Der Verkäufer hat jedoch extrem fair reagiert und mir nach der Retoure den kompletten Kaufpreis zurückgezahlt. So viel Kundenfreundlichkeit findet man selten – klare Empfehlung für diesen Verkäufer!

Ricevuto ieri. Che dire? Il prodotto si presenta in ottime condizioni, non ci sono graffi sul display, sul frame e nella parte posteriore. Lo stato della batteria è all'88%, in linea con l'informativa Amazon sui prodotti ricondizionati in condizioni eccellenti. Lo smartphone è arrivato in una confezione imballata per proteggere il dispositivo durante le fasi di consegna, ulteriore protezione è rappresentata da un foglio di schiuma di poliuretano posta sopra il dispositivo.

lo recibí un día antes de lo esperado y esta impecable la batería tiene de vida un 99% y no tiene ni un solo rasguño.

Bon téléphone et revendeur sérieux. J'ai gardé le téléphone 2 ans et aucun souci. Je l'ai vendu a quelqu'un de ma famille et il fonctionne encore sans problème.
