Works for more than just Pizza...
Baking bread on silicone mats is great, until you are trying to get the mat and the loaves/rolls into and out of the oven. With the Pizza Peel, I can slide the mat into and out of the oven without the burned fingers/arms and nothing falls off the mat in the movement.The folding handle means it's easy to store in our pan drawer. Very impressed.
Better known brands were a lot more expensive. Took a chance on this and it's perfect. It's got a sturdy handle that's locks in to place easily and solidly. The face of the paddle is the ideal size and is nice and thin to get under pizzas etc..As always, very speedy delivery on Amazon Prime!
