I have a huge patio that would take me days to pressure wash - so I avoid it til it must be done. I was able to pressure wash the patio in ONE day easily with this product and it had years of buildup, moss, and mold. The wheels make it so much easier to push around on the concrete, brick, and stone. I also liked not having to hold up the wand for hours - I simply moved the surface cleaner in a mopping motion and the extenders made it a great height so no hunching over while working. I will pressure wash more often since it was so easy to use the surface cleaner. Also the amount of dirt particles flying up and on me was zero - not so with the just using a wand. Since this unit is made of metal it seems like it will hold up well. Any time have a product that cuts your work in half or more, both in time and labor, it is a keeper!

It's light weight but seems sturdy. Works good so far. Gave 4 stars because I can't comment on durability yet.

After first time use, my husband says our money well spent. Easy set up and works well. This was a great purchase.

So much smother and easier to use than my previous surface cleaner. The wheels make it to where you have to use little to no effort when cleaning. Does a great job cleaning too.

Don't know why I did not buy one of these years ago. It worked great, saved me time, and my driveway looks new!

It really cleans well the extensions make it easy to attach and stand up to use. Downside. If you are cleaning a flat surface there is no place for the dirt to go. Unlike a water broom you can push the dirt away.

Worked well with my Karchner Pressure washer. Was much easier to use than the brush only one I have.
