I've had this sofa for a couple of months now and it looks brand new despite being the absolute favorite resting place for my two Old English Sheepdogs. Their hair and dirty paw prints vacuum off easily. This was exceptional value for the money both for the wonderful fabric and it's overall comfort both for lounging or sleeping. The cushions are firm without being uncomfortable and the storage under each cushion is a huge plus. It is so easy to reconfigure and move around. I have received so many compliments from friends and family who want to know where I purchased it. I would strongly recommend this sofa for pet owners who want a beautiful yet durable sofa.

I purchased the sleeper sofa - 3 configuration in Navy Blue Velvet which comes with 9 seats, 9 backs, and 9 pillows. The versatility of being able to adjust the configuration at ease based on your need is phenomenal, the velvet is soft and beautiful, and the kids and I love this couch both for comfort and aesthetic appeal. I specifically chose this model because of the adjustable arm/backs allowing a bit more of a reclined angle when having movie night and I have no regrets thus far. I know some have mentioned concerns with stability of the arm/back over time but unless someone uses it outside of it’s intended use I don’t see an issue with stability. That said, one of the huge selling points for me on this couch as a parent of 2 children who also has 3 cats and 2 dogs, is the ability to purchase individual sections if something catastrophic should happened that I couldn’t resolve with a good cleaner. This includes the ability to purchase replacement arm/back sections without buying a whole new couch if one of the kids abuses the existing one and breaks it. I don’t anticipate this, and would expect Belffin to replace if it were a manufacturing defect but with kids accidents do happen at no fault of the manufacturer and being able to replace specific pieces without investing in a full replacement gives me piece of mind. Assembly is minimal, simply attach the feet (twist on by hand), and attach the connectors for the back/arm unit with the provided screwdriver. Speaking of - I absolutely love when a manufacturer includes ALL items necessary for assembly, Belffin had a full size screwdriver in every box, and as a bonus each screwdriver can be flipped from phillips head (used for assembly) to flat head. It’s the little things like this, along with a quality product, that I appreciate and make me come back to a brand time and again. That said, I do have three minor suggestions for Belffin, one is shipping related so may be entirely outside of their control but hey it’s worth mentioning. 1st - Please add some handle slots to your boxes, my shipment came with 9 middle units and the size of the box made it extremely awkward to get a good grip without handles. Disclaimer - I am a 40 year old woman, though 5’9” so my arms aren’t particularly short. 2nd - It would have been wonderful to have these boxes delivered closer to my door. UPS delivered all 9 boxes to the middle of my driveway, on the side of my house, roughly 75 feet from the closest entry door. This is certainly what prompted the recommendation for handles on the boxes. I fully expected to have to get the boxes inside on my own, but I did not anticipate carrying 9 - 52lb boxes that distance to reach the door. If the shipper could ensure delivery within 10 feet of an entry, handles may not be quite as necessary, but since you were thoughtful enough to include quality screwdrivers, I thought you may appreciate the feedback and consider adding reinforced handles. 3rd - Last is just a suggestion for accessories to offer. When attaching the feet I wondered if other furniture feet would also fit - I think having the option to purchase alternate foot styles is something consumers would appreciate as the style of the couch is very versatile and swapping the feet would elevate the look even more. I’d also love to see a tray or “table” accessory made to fit the dimensions of a seat/ottoman. I can purchase a generic ottoman tray easily, but would love one fit to the dimensions of my seats. Recommendations aside, we love this couch and I am so glad I made this purchase!! Thank you Belffin! I’ll update with a photo shortly.

I absolutely love this sofa. The firmness is just right, and the velvet has a beautiful, premium feel. Assembly was straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised that it included an extra ottoman and back cushion. The blue colour is also stunning and adds a great touch to the space. The only minor drawback is that it sits a bit lower than some of my other sofas. At 5’5”, it’s perfectly comfortable for me, but I can see how someone taller might find it less ideal when sitting with their feet flat on the floor. That said, this can easily be addressed by swapping in taller legs. I also really appreciate the upgrade that removes the hydraulic hinges. It makes the pieces more flexible to arrange without worrying about orientation, and the ability to remove and wash the covers is a major plus. Overall, the build quality, comfort, and appearance are all excellent, easily 5 stars. I would highly recommend it.

The couch is beautiful and wasn’t difficult to put together at all. I like how easy it is to reconfigure the modules into a bed in case I have extra guests staying with me. The couch cushions are firm, but still very comfortable and I really like that the backs and sides can be adjusted to different angles. One seat cushion somehow went through QC without fabric issues getting caught before shipping. I emailed the vendor with a picture and they immediately shipped me not only a new seat cushion, but also a whole new hassock base as well! Terrific customer service, I can highly recommend the couch and the company.

If you are on the fence regarding purchasing this couch, please read. First off, Belffin as a company from my experience. Some of the best customer service I have ever had, hence why I purchased from them (again). Long story short, I purchased a different modular couch PART that discontinued days after. The return and refund was quick and easy and they maintained email contact with me for a few weeks as we waited for FedEx to get me a shipping label. It was not difficult at all. Plus, when I first ordered the singular modular seat, they reached out saying “we noticed you ordered a single piece, it isn’t compatible with other couches”. I never expected that from a company selling on Amazon. I’m extremely impressed. Now, for this couch. Out of the 7 boxes (1 arrived quick, the other 6 arrived days later), the couch was extremely well packaged. Carefully packed. Each box had padding and water proof seals, with the hardware in nice ziploc style bags that can be reused if you want them. Also, the screwdrivers. I think I walked away with 4 nice blue screwdrivers. All you need is the Philips head on one of the screwdrivers so obtaining 4 was pretty comical but they are actually pretty nice. I had enough hardware left over to ensure that if anything were missing, you will still be able to complete assembly using the left over parts. The color is amazing. I received the grey couch to get as close to a beige look. Let me tell you, I was worried the grey wouldn’t look good. It was amazing. Please see my photo attached next to my beige curtains. It is perfect for what I needed. The size of this 9-seater is amazing. I purchased for 33% off and it was 1,200 after tax and it is huge. For the money, I highly recommend if it’s on sale. Regular price I still recommend. The cushions are incredibly comfortable. A huge plus is that the back of the couch can fold to an angle or be straight up. I much prefer it at an angle though. The couch is very firm and doesn’t sage. I love that both the back and seat covers are removable and washable. There are so many pluses to this couch. I weigh 300lbs and the max load is 300lbs. It holds me up without any sounds of breaking, creaking or cracking. I highly recommend this couch if you need a modular to size to your space. I’m loving it so far and will probably order 1-2 more single seats to add another chaise. Thanks for reading!

The pieces are super easy to put together, the dye lot all matches. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The seat cushions are a bit stiff for my liking, I hope the wear in some and get softer with time. Its not uncomfortable but its def not squishy cozy. There were some spots with minor flaws but not enough for me to deal with a return. I should warn you! The fabric keeps a perfect impression of your cheeks when you stand up! Lol so thats not my favorite but it is comical. Could be embarrassing with guests over though

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this couch. The storage sections aren’t very useful and don’t line up properly. The backrest also moves around and doesn’t provide much support, so it’s not very comfortable to sit on for long. The material tends to get warm pretty quickly too. Another frustrating part was the delivery. It arrived in multiple shipments, and even after waiting almost a month, some pieces were still missing. For the amount of money this couch costs, I expected much better quality. I feel like there are better options available at Costco or other well-known furniture stores for around the same price.

Really happy with this sofa. The velvet feels soft, looks great, and the modular design is super practical. Assembly was easy, the storage space is useful, and the sleeper setup works great for guests. Comfortable and perfect for smaller living rooms or apartments.
