I ordered these pillows at the beginning of December and have not received them yet. Why?

How long does the pillows take to form?

They form right away. That is the only thing good about the pillow they are lumpy and provide no support.

How do you get the smell that the pillows have when you first get them? I am washing the cover but the pillow smells as well?

Maybe spray it with freeze fabric wash the pillow it self is not machine washable

Does the foam shift around? I would like the edges to be taller for neck support.
