I purchased 2 of these computers and both had issues with the power supply. For some reason they did not like the power cord and I had to replace them.

NO HDMI PORTS AS ADVERTISED......
CAREFUL! - THERE ARE NO HDMI PORTS (There are 2 "Display Ports" which apparently require a different connector). In the picture they "look" a bit like HDMI ports so I just figured that one of them was HDMI. So, I just got this desktop today can confirm there are no HDMI ports to plug into. I had to now buy a Display port to HDMI converter cable to be shipped to me over the next few days to then see this computer boot up and have all the components as advertised...... 2 DAYS LATER......I now have my display working and looking over the PC build. Specs are spot on regarding memory, disk, cpu etc but I have 2 annoying things that should have been taken care of 1) PC powers up immediately when being plugged in! Yes that is an option but that should NEVER be the default when providing a refurbed product. 2) The time for the reboot to display takes over a minute! (Just to get to the DELL icon bios display). For a new build this should be like 10-20 seconds. I'm sure there is another setting in the bios for an ultra fast bios boot. In either case above I'm not in the mood to muck around with these settings (or pay someone to figure them out). The machine is fast once up so I'll just live with these 2 minor annoyances but I've had much better results from other refurb places. You may want to try someone else first.

Excellent value!
Refurbished. Looks brand new. Needed a Windows 11, with a CD player, small footprint, USB ports, including USB "C". 1TB SSD. Kept the older keyboard, and trackball mouse. Price was right, arrived 3 days early. Installed Windows 2024 Office, instead of leasing 365 forever. One time charge, vs leasing for the life of the computer. Happy with the results so far, it is a gem of a Dell computer! runs fast, needs some minor software tweeks ironed out, but am a happy camper for the value and quality of this computer.

Buy this PC, you will not be sorry!
This refurbished PC is great. It actually does has Windows 21H2 installed. And after I downloaded all of the updates it showed, "update 24H2 now"! The wireless mouse and keyboard that was included is a nice option. This PC tower is so much better than the PC I bought from Walmart and exchanged it 3 times because I was told the problem was fixed, when it was not fixed!
