Good AC with excellent cooling. Even at 25 degrees it cools the room pretty quickly(ambient temperature around 37-38 degrees). MirAIe app comes in handy and is an excellent feature at this price point. Got it at 31990 after credit card discount which is excellent. Went ahead and bought two of these. I never felt the need to set the temperature below 24 degrees as it chills the room at 24-25.Installation experience was decent in my experience. The technician denied to vacuum the AC but I raised a complaint and got it done. Nevertheless, the performance of the AC is top notch.Things that I liked:1. Excellent price to performance ratio: At 32k, 1.5 ton AC that too from panasonic is a steal deal. The cooling is ridiculously good.2. MirAIe App control: Very convenient to control the AC. I use it to pre cool the room before I reach home.3. Air throw: Even at the lowest fan speed, the air throw is pretty amazing and enough to cool the room.Things which could have been better:1. A better remote: It feels very small and difficult to use at night. I use the app instead to control the AC.2. Even at the lowest fan speed, noise is quite significant but it doesn’t bother much as the cooling is excellent but it could have been more silent.Things to note:While pairing the AC with the app, it’s better to connect it with 2.4Ghz band and make sure to disable AP isolation in Wifi Router if it’s enabled.

Ok so this will be a long term review coz I purchased 3 star 1.5 ton 2023 model in june 23. Pros: The cooling is perfect, the power of the compressor and room cooling capacity is also great.Con: What I dont like and I think is the only con is the indore blower is a bit noisy specially when the room is silent. I have carrier ac as well and it is more silent.The outdoor is not that noisy though.

I am completely satisfied with the overall experience.Delivery:The product was delivered the next day even I didn't had the Amazon prime subscription.Installation:Before making the purchase, I have read a lot of reviews regarding their bad experience with the installation. But for me I am completely satisfied. Minutes after the AC unit was delivered to me, I got a whatsapp message from Panasonic that the installation got scheduled along with the installation rate card. But unfortunately there was no option to track when is the installation scheduled for. The same day I even contacted Panasonic customer care, but no updates on the installation schedule date. So I thought I will wait.The very next day morning I got a call from Panasonic installation engineer that he will come the same day. I shared him the location and he came to my in an hour. Before starting the installation he enquired about whether I am aware of the installation charges, I said that I have the rate card from the support. The installation charges - 1200+ gst, Outdoor unit stand - around 1400 including GST, electrical wire to connect the indoor unit to power source, 16A plug. The product already comes with 2 copper tubes each of 3 meter to connect the indoor and outdoor unit. I placed the outdoor unit on the wall just the other side of the indoor unit, so I didn't needed additional copper tube. In total the installation charges with all the items came to be Rs 3066 which is exactly as per person the rate card. You will get the invoice also.You can get a good outdoor unit stand around 600 in amazon or flipkart. The only problem that I felt was with the wall drilling which I didn't felt professional. They just used the normal concrete drill bit instead of the circular bit to make the hole. It's the same thing they need to do for every AC installation right. If I had cement or putty, they would have covered the hole neatly.The complete activity completed in 1 hr time.Cooling:The cooling is good after using it for 3 days. Cools the room quickly.Wifi connectivity:Using the Mirai Panasonic app, we can control the ac without the remote. You can create custom profiles in it, can play around. Very responiy, didnt experienced any delays in the comm from the app and AC unit.The fan in the Outdoor unit seems to be bit noisy while the indoor unit is somewhat silent.Overall all good purchase.
