Take the case off the phone, put on screen protector then put the case back on your phone.

Q: Will a pop socket stick on it?

I'm actually using a Pop Wallet, and they use a similar adhesive to Pop Sockets, if not the same. They do indeed stick to this case, without a problem!

Q: Is the back of the case smooth (slippery) or is there some grip to it?

It has diagonal ridges. Not really any grip to it as far as rubber is concerned if you are wanting a non slip case.

Q: What are the actual dimensions of this case? I need to know basically the depth or thickness will work with my motorcycle phone mount.

It tells the dimensions in the description. It's ultra slim case fits the A53 5G phone. I'm positive it will fit your case if not you can always return it.
