I use this handheld printer for my business and it has been very useful. It is easy to use, prints clearly, and helps me with my daily business needs. I am very happy with this purchase.

I needed a printer for work to add lot numbers. I’ve used the $500 ones, I’ve used the $5,000 ones. In my opinion, this one works better than all of those more expensive ones AND it comes with an ink cartridge. Much better printing quality, easier to use, and comes with a stylus. I’d purchase this one time and time again if needed.

Works better than expected. The only issue I have is related to static - I am printing on plastic and I think that when the plastic is charged, it prints blurry. I like that it's easy to find and order replacement cartridges. Other guns didn't make that part obvious and easy.

Doesn’t stamp the name nice and or dark at all even though the ink is black, I couldn’t used it at soon as I received it, but when I finally could I end up so frustrated and disappointed about the hold thing in general because that machine has is not cheap at all, and after all the stress I couldn’t returned it back to them because the warranty were expired by then leaving me with my big lost because there is no way to make it work

I was so excited to come across this product. I must say that it was very easy to operate. They include a jump drive. If your image doesn't appear to load once you input into the device then that is because the initial image that you saved is too large. You'll need to save probably no larger the 500 px by 500 px maybe even 300. Then you should be able to see it on the display. It did print very well on flat surfaces but I was trying to print on a glass uniquely shaped bottle so it would not work for me. If you have something that has a flat surface then I would definitely recommend. It only prints in black. By the way the metal tray that comes with this item is used to make your prints straight. It took me a while to figure that out. Also, the device must roll before it prints.

I am very pleasantly surprised at how well this works! I was able to figure out how to use it in under an hour, so I would say, it is very easy to use and figure out. I was hesitant to purchase this because I was not sure how many total prints I would get for one ink cartridge. I think the description says a certain amount of characters, but I understood that as individual letters or numbers. In fact, you are able to get 100,000 total prints out of each ink cartridge. So, all in all, I am happy this will be an extremely cost-effective alternative to the stickers I was currently using to communicate lot number and expiration date for my products. I highly recommend this to any business owner needing to print on a large number of products.
