It's a product I buy regularly to keep my weight under control. I used to drink vinegar in liquid form, but this version is odorless and comfortable. I take 3 in the evening before going to sleep. Recommended 2. I don't see the harm in getting 3. I fall asleep easily at 11 o'clock at night. I wake up energetically at 6 in the morning. I am very active during the day. I am at my ideal weight now. But I will continue to use it.

Before Learned of the pill form of Apple Cider Vinegar I was taking the liquid daily which was hard on the throat even when I used it with a cup of tea or water. For me this as been as effective for digestion in addition to its added benefit of vitamin C.

I have been hearing about the benefits of apple cider vinegar for years. I've heard it's good for boosting general health. I've heard it promotes weight loss for some people and helps curb appetite. At one point I bought some actual apple cider vinegar, fully intending to take it regularly to aid my diet.... And I could never get past the smell and taste to actually take the stuff. Enter this lovely product! It promises all the benefits of apple cider vinegar, and the "mother" element of it, minus the "gross" 🤢 factor that initially scared me off it. The pills are much more palatable and it's simple and easy for me to take one or two pills a day. The pills are organic, non-gmo and gluten free. They may* help everything from cardiovascular health to weight loss, and I can't think of any downsides to trying them! Much better and safer than other pills that claim to help with diet & weight management, in my opinion. The capsules are a normal size and shape, note: they DO have a strong smell of vinegar upon opening the bottle, but in spite of the strong vinegar smell, they are easy to swallow and much easier to take, in my opinion, than actual liquid vinegar. This pill claims to be organic and have probiotics, nutrients and antioxidants. What's not to love? Worth a try for health benefits! 🍀

I have been trying to get myself to take ACV and see if there are any benefits for me for YEARS. But I couldn't force myself to drink the shots. The gummies aren't as bad as drinking it, but still not my favorite and they contain sugar. This seemed like a great solution and after taking them for awhile, I definitely feel these are the best solution for me!The pills are fragrant! There is no denying exactly what these are the minute you open the safety seal. That being said, you absolutely cannot taste anything when you actually take the pills, which is AMAZING. The pills are a little bit on the larger side. They are one of the three largest pills I take daily. I am not sure how to describe the size of the pill. I would say smaller than your average Fish Oil, larger than Omeprazole. Maybe about the size of a Nature's Bounty B or C. I hope that helps.

Took first whole bottle as directed... halfway thru second bottle. I am also on a low carb diet. I have only lost 2 pounds 0 inches around waist... minimal energy gain... kinda drowsy at times. I do have an active job wprking 4-10hr days so its not like i am lazy. Just dissapointed at overall results. But im sure it also depends on each persons body chemistry as well.
