This is beet powder and can be quite messy, but it is an amazing supplement. I have tested it with my blood pressure and after taking it does temporarily lower my blood pressure. it is also used as a pre-workout, but it doesn’t seem to give me that type of energy. Nonetheless, I think it’s an amazing product even if it is messy and can stain. It also tastes like dried up beets and that is to be expected. I still love this supplement!

I obviously don't know the chemistry of this product beyond the most basic points but in terms of practical use, it tastes OK so you don't have to worry about it like with so many supplements. It mixes very well in smoothies and so far, I've had no side effects. Research on company shows a very good reputation and US manufacture rather than importation from the dangers of mainland China. Definite recommendation.

It’s actually not too bad. Beets is an acquired taste so if you already know what beets taste like then this won’t be a problem. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it clumps pretty bad. Even when I opened the container there were huge chunks of clumps and I had to get a butter knife and mash it to make it fine. Mixing with a spoon is definitely out of the question. Mix in a bottle. As you can see from my video and pics even mixing in a bottle vigorously still will leave a few chunks. I mix I scoop in my pre-workout daily.

This is a great product. After taking it a few days, I felt so much better. Had more energy and body pain had reduced. Not much, ever helped me until I found this product. The only major problem with it is People that are susceptible to kidney stones should not take it. I have had kidney songs in the past and a couple of weeks after taking this I. Developed a kidney Stone and it was terrible. So now I cannot take it anymore, and it really depresses me because I really liked it
