Q: Is it hot enough to get burned?

Yes, it's hot enough to burn you, to light a cigarette/candle/paper. it's not a big 'flame' so anything to be burned has to be pressed close to the lighter.

Q: What would be a good battery recharger to buy on amazon for this lighter?

It comes with a mini usb to usb cord, I just plug it into one of my usb charging blocks and that’s all you need.

Q: Will a light blink or something when it's fully charged?

Mine has a blue LED light on top; the LED lights up when you plug it in, and goes off when unit is fully charged.
