Used item received, package was open and water leaking! I ordered and paid for new! Miss-selling!
The item was badly used, and leaking water when I took it out of the unsealed box! I ordered and expected new, but this is used and therefore constitutes miss-selling!Returning this is a big inconvenience because I had to rearrange the plumber at my additional cost! I’m not happy!

Packaging issue
I initially thought the flow rate is very bad and decided to get the item. Then I discovered the instruction leaflet hiding in one of the packages. This shows how to correct this issue. I took out the the plastic black 'plug' from the show head which solved the problem.I have now decided not to return the item.Would recommend better packaging for the bidet shower.

Good quality spray for bathroom use
I like this spray, not over powerful and seems good quality so far, trigger seems good quality too, only thing is that most sprays are metal but this one is made of plastic but not sure if that's good or bad at the moment, but so far so good

Ho trovato un prodotto warehouse che va benissimo e il prezzo era ottimo, what else? Sono disabile ed è perfetto, ha una buona impugnatura e la leva per aprire l'acqua è comoda e facile da usare, non serve troppa forza. Finitura antigoccia, basta passare una microfibra asciutta e il calcare non la sporca neanche. Il tubo è flessibile ed elegante, e non diventa bollente quando trasporta acqua molto calda.Grohe è garanzia di qualità, amazon di previsione, tutto perfetto
